The initiative focuses on student agency, cross-age leadership, youth-run media ecosystems, and redirecting wasteful assessment spending toward hands-on enrichment — robotics, music, and creative tools.

Children learn by doing, choosing, and leading — not by performing compliance.

Cross-Age Leadership

Older students mentor younger ones. Teaching is the deepest form of learning.

Youth-Run Media

Students produce, publish, and broadcast — building real skills and real audiences.

Redirected Spending

Assessment budgets redeployed toward robotics, music, and maker tools.

Built around scalable, legally clean models any district can adopt — no new bureaucracy, no vendor dependence. All materials are free and publicly available.
